C’est avec grand plaisir que je vous annonce que le 17 octobre 2010, (après 4 années d’étude) j’ai obtenue mon certificat 2ième cycle en somato-psychopédagogie et fasciathérapie à l’Institut de Formation en Somato-Psychopédagogie et Fasciathérapie du Québec (méthode Danis Bois).

Sensations categories in sensorial gymnastics.
What can I perceived in sensorial gymnastic? On what I focus my attention?
Here are some sensations, divided in categories that you can perceive in sensorial gymnastics.
Physical sensations:

Hearth beat
-
Muscle tension
-
Relaxation
Sensations related to your internal movement:

Warmth
-
Luminosity – brightness
-
Immensity
-
State of wellness, love
-
Sensation of moving without any movement
It could be an image, a thought or an emotion:

Sunflower, sun, dove, etc
-
I taught to my mother
-
A joy, a sadness came up
It could be a reminding :

I remembered when I was young I was balancing on the swing
These categories of sensation are the same for every body but the way to perceive it, it’s personal to each one.
With the first exercise, you will perceive 2-3 sensations, with practice your perception will increase.
In the next article I will talk to you about the different conditions that help us to maximize our perceptions.

Perceptions in sensorial gymnastics
To develop the perceptions in sensorial training, we use EXTRA DAILY conditions that’s mean we moved differently than how we normally moved in our daily life, we explore different directions that we are not use to go. We do exercises in a relaxed slowness who gives us the time to feel and turn our attention to the unfolding of our movement.
Examples :

Sitting on a chair : slowly, I glide my pelvic forward, supporting point (stop few seconds) return (come back in the same position), then glide your pelvic backward, supporting point, return. I do that three times. Then I turn my attention to my perceptions, what are my sensations?

Standing : slowly I glide my pelvic to the left, supporting point, return; now I glide to the right, supporting point, return. I do that three times. Then I turn my attention to my perceptions, what are my sensations?

We can also do ‘’codifié ‘’ it is a choregraphy, the same; during the exercise I pay attention to my perceptions, what are my sensations?
These movements are simple and you can use them at home or at work to treat yourself.
Our body is a sensitive matter, we created the conditions and our body will give us information’s. Because these exercises are out of ordinary our body will give us new information, who will help us to find new solutions to different problem met in our life.
In the next article I will present you the different categories of sensation that we could met in sensorial gymnastics.
