The training for Level I lasts one evening and two days. Completing this training allows one to practice Reiki on itself and others.

Content:

• Reiki history;
• Theory and practice: how to place hands on the body. Becoming conscious of how we give and receive the energy;
• Four initiations given by the Reiki Master;
• Official diploma of the Usui system given to the trainee.

Flexible schedule. I am available during weeks and weekends. One-to-one teaching or in groups. Call to make an appointment at your convenience.
