What are sensorial gymnastics?
Sensorial gymnastics consist of a soft and slow sequence of simple exercises. It’s a soft and relaxed way of getting into shape. The difference with sensorial gymnastics are the stops integrated in the sequence of movements, which allows the body to reorganize itself, regain equilibrium, release tension… maximize is health potential.
With sensorial gymnastics, I move in relation with my internal movement, which keeps me in relation with myself and my body.
The practice is done sitting on a chair and standing.
