Sensorial gymnastics session :

If you work in a stressful environment, then sensorial gymnastics is for you!
Classes of sensorial gymnastics are adapted to your specific needs or group.

Proposed at-work schedule :

At lunch time or right after work ( 1/2 h, 45 min. or 1 h according to your needs ).

Cost : 8 weeks / $90.00 / person

receipt for insurance given at the end of the session

Regular schedule :

Week days: Tuesday and Wednesday (days: 9 h 30 to 11h – evenings 19h  to 20 h 30 ).

Location: Gatineau (Aylmer).

Session : 8 weeks / $ 90.00 / person
($15.00 / week / drop in).

Sensorial gymnastics can be done one-on-one or combined with a fasciatherapy treatment, or in groups. Flexible schedule.

** A minimum of 4 persons is required for a group session
